Are you looking for a therapeutic space to explore yourself more deeply and find support through life’s challenges? Below, you’ll find more information to help you decide whether working together might be right for you.
Ellie Carter-Jones – Psychotherapist in Training – Bristol

Hello, my name is Ellie. I am a Psychotherapist in training offering low cost, in person sessions based in Central Bristol.
I work from a Humanistic and Integrative model which is centred around you- your experiences, your pace and what feels most important to explore.
This style of therapy aims to bring together different therapeutic approaches in a gentle, flexible way to support self-understanding, emotional healing, and personal growth within a trusting, collaborative relationship

If you have any questions or would like to arrange an initial session, please contact me using my email or contact form.
Once we have arranged an initial session, we will meet in person at my therapy room. This will be charged at my usual rate, but you are under no obligation to commit to further sessions. This is a chance to get to know each other, share your hopes for therapy and ask any questions you might have. We can then decide of we would be a good fit for working together.
If we decide to continue working together, we would meet in person on a weekly basis, usually at the same time each week. I’ll share my working agreement with you so we can discuss how the process might look moving forward and what feels most supportive for you. Psychotherapy is often an open-ended journey, and we can talk about an ending whenever it feels right, taking time to work towards this together.
